The 600 bed multi disciplinary super speciality hospital was started with the objective of providing world class healthcare services and specialized medical facilities at affordable costs.


Project Description

550-bedded multi specialty hospital in Trivandrum. Started as a 250 bedded Hospital and expanded to 450 beds.


Scope Of Work

Worked as Coordinator Facility Maintenance and Biomedical Services. Served as a technical consultant for their upward expansion of 5 floors adding 200 beds. Responsible for material selection, purchase and execution of the expansion project.


Areas Of Work

  • Design of Medical Gas pipeline system.
  • Electrical Panel designing of 5 floors. (1-lakh square feet).
  • Air-conditioning design of 1 lakh square feet built-up area.
  • Design of ICU and related areas., Negative Pressure rooms.
  • Design of Labour room complex and Labor Suite.
  • Design of Inpatient Pharmacy area and Endoscopy room.
  • Involved in the Design and construction of IVF Department, Physiotherapy Department, Occupational Therapy Department, Dental Department and Plastic Surgery Department and 150 seating capacity Conference Hall.
  • Involved in the modernization of Sewage Treatment Plant.
  • Involved in the Design and Construction of 24 room executive floor with modern facilities.
  • Renovation of Operation theatres.
